Our journey didn't start in a boardroom. It started in the streets of Nairobi, watching hardworking shopkeepers struggle with messy exercise books and untracked debts. We saw businesses closing down not because they weren't profitable, but because they lacked clarity.

Most POS systems were too expensive or required constant internet — something many shops don't have. We decided to change that. We built simple, offline tools made for Kenyan realities.

What started as a simple mobile app (DukaDash) has now expanded into full desktop systems (Topaz POS), helping hundreds of shopkeepers take back control of their lives and their profits.
